Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Elnaggar Studio for using Libretto.

1. Your account
You need an account to read. Keep your sign-in to yourself: books are licensed to you, and an account shared around is an account we may suspend. Tell us at support@librettoonline.com if you think someone else is using it.
2. Credits
- Credits are bought inside the app through Apple's In-App Purchase and are spent on books in Libretto.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Credits do not expire while your account exists. Deleting your account forfeits any unspent balance.
- Refunds for an in-app purchase are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple refunds a purchase, we remove the credits it bought.
3. What you get when you buy a book
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read that book in Libretto for as long as your account exists and the publisher keeps it available. You are not buying the file, and you are not buying ownership of the work. Where a publisher withdraws a title, we will tell you before access ends.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, highlight and annotate for your own study. You may not:
- copy, extract, redistribute, resell or publish any part of a book;
- remove or obscure a watermark, or try to defeat the encryption or the licence;
- record or photograph pages in order to share them;
- use another person's account, or let another person use yours.
Pages carry a watermark identifying the account they were served to. Breaking these rules can end your access without refund, and can be pursued by the publisher.
5. Availability
We try to keep Libretto working, but we do not promise it is available without interruption. Features can change, and a book can be withdrawn by its publisher.
6. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks section 4, or where we are required to by law or by a publisher.
7. Liability
Libretto is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Libretto after that means you accept the new terms.
