Support
Write to support@librettoonline.com and a human answers within two working days.
Tell us three things and we can usually fix it in one reply: the email on your account, the title of the book, and the app version from Profile → About.
A book will not open
Every device needs its own licence for a protected book, and a new device's first licence is approved by our team. If a book shows as waiting for approval, it is with us — it usually clears the same working day. If it has been longer, write to us with the title.
I bought credits and the balance did not change
Open Profile → Wallet and pull to refresh. A purchase confirmed by Apple is credited by our server, which can take a minute. If the balance is still wrong after that, write to us and include the date of the purchase — Apple's receipt is enough for us to find it.
I bought a book on another device
Sign in with the same account and open Library. Your books and credits follow the account, not the iPad.
Refunds
Purchases made inside the app are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot reverse an Apple charge ourselves. If a refund is granted, the credits it paid for are removed from your balance.
The page hides while I am recording
That is deliberate. Books are licensed for reading, so the app hides the page while the screen is being recorded or mirrored. Stop the recording and the page returns.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete account erases your account, entitlements and credit balance, and signs out every device. It cannot be undone. If you cannot reach the app, write to us from the address on the account.
Reporting a problem with a book
Missing pages, wrong edition, unreadable scan: send the title and the page number. We pass it to the publisher and tell you what they say.
Accessibility
Libretto supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type through the accessibility sizes, Reduce Motion and Increase Contrast, and reads correctly in Arabic right-to-left. If something is unusable with an assistive setting, that is a bug we want to hear about.
